This waterfront Knoxville home honors the past while creating something livable for the future. After a fire destroyed their home of over three decades, a couple turned to Norris Studio to carefully restore what had been lost, anchored by the memories and objects they'd spent decades collecting. Restored heirloom pieces, classic finishes and bespoke pieces from de Gournay and the like are woven throughout warm, layered interiors. Particular care was given to the home's relationship with the outdoors, with generous windows in the breakfast room and keeping room framing views of the gardens designed specifically to be enjoyed from within.
